How do I register?

Online registration for BookExpo America (BEA) is closed. Please check back in the fall to register for 2011.


What does my registration include?

Your Attendee Show Badge gives you access to:

  • Exhibition Halls featuring over 2,000 companies
  • Autographing Sessions highlighting over 500 authors
  • Many Free Educational Sessions. 3-Day Attendee Show Badge allows you to Free Educational Sessions throughout the event. 1-Day Attendee Show Badge allows you access to Free Educational Sessions only on the day of your Pass.
  • Access to Hot Deal Show Specials on-site
  • Access to Special Pavilion Areas on the Show floor.

When will I receive my attendee badge?

We will no longer mail badges before the Show. Simply print the email confirmation you will receive when you complete the registration process and bring it with you to the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. When you get to the Show, you'll quickly scan the barcode at the top of the confirmation and your badge will print automatically along with the tickets for special events you have signed up for.

(NOTE: Only the Remainders Pavilion is open during this time, the rest of the Exhibit Hall opens Tuesday, May 24)
