Norwalk, CT, December 9, 2009: Courtney Muller, who has been a Group Vice President at Reed Exhibitions, has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Lance Fensterman, who has been Vice President and Show Manager for BookExpo America, has been promoted to Group Vice President and will now devote his attention exclusively to running and growing Reed’s Pop Culture business.

Ms. Muller’s extensive portfolio now includes overseeing BookExpo America, as well as Global Gaming Expo and Global Gaming Expo Asia; the International Vision Expo events; INTERPHEX; and the Food/Restaurant shows. She provides leadership for a number of Reed event teams. Courtney Muller has been employed by Reed Exhibitions for 15 years and has been associated with BookExpo America for 10 years. She first came on the BookExpo America team in 1994 as a Sales Director and was named Vice President and Show Manager for BEA in 1996.

Lance Fensterman joined Reed Exhbitions in April, 2006 as Show Manager for BEA. Since then he has taken on responsibility for many of Reed’s Pop Culture events while successfully managing the BEA team. In addition to running New York Comic Con, Fensterman has provided direction for the launch of Chicago Comic and Entertaiment Expo which will take place in April, 2010 and he has been instrumental in organizing Reed Exhitions’ partnership with Lucasfilm, Ltd. to produce Star Wars Celebration V. Fensterman’s new role will allow him to focus on the full pop culture portfolio which also includes Penny Arcade Expo, Penny Arcade Expo East and the UFC Fan Expo events.

Mr. Fensterman will remain on BEA through the transition of his replacement.
