BEA 2011 Post-Show Space Selection Procedures

Step 1: Review the BEA 2011 floor plan and call 1-203-840-5850.

Important: The Javits Convention Center will be undergoing renovation in 2011 and this means the BEA floorplan had to be adjusted to accommodate the construction. The BEA Sales Team will walk you through the new floor plan to ensure you are comfortable and experience as little disruption as possible.

Step 2: Download and complete the BEA 2011 Application and Licensing Agreement and Pricing Information.

Step 3: Sign and return your contract and process your 30% deposit.
